History of Harley-Davidson and Fraser’s

More than one Hundred years ago inside a wooden shed located on Juneau Ave in Milwaukee, three brothers, William, Walter and Arthur Davidson joined forces with friend Williams S Harley to produce a motorcycle later to become known as the Harley-Davidson. Little would they have realized back then that in the year 2003, the company would be celebrating 100 years of continuous production of the world’s finest motorcycles. Manufacturing longer than the Ford Motor Company and surviving arguably the most tumultuous 100 year passage in history, from near bankruptcy in the late 70's to Forbes Company of the Year 2002, the Harley Davidson motorcycle is truly unique in every shape and form.
